What will you be doing?

As an HR intern, you will have a diverse range of tasks. You enjoy staying connected with all 85 of our employees. You will assist and support the team where needed, but you will also have various responsibilities, such as:

·  Recruiting new colleagues and interns;
·  Updating job vacancy texts to make them more engaging and brainstorming new recruitment strategies (social media, videos, etc.);
·  Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees;
·  Contributing ideas for improving HR processes;
·  Think of - and helping to execute team-building activities.

In addition to your daily tasks, you will be the first point of contact for employees. You are resilient under pressure and service-oriented, and with your open attitude, you easily gain the trust of our team members.

Who are we looking for?

For this internship, we are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn intern with strong organizational and administrative skills. Do you meet the following qualities? Then you are the intern we are looking for!

·  You have an eye for detail and work accurately;
·  You are enthusiastic and motivated;
·  You are independent and take initiative, but also social, and work well in a team;
·  You have strong communication skills;
·  You are trustworthy and discreet;
·  You are studying HRM, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management;
·  You are available for at least 5 months, preferably longer.
