Job Description

Fairmont Olympic is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. Your attention to detail, leadership abilities, and exceptional organizational skills will contribute to creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
·  Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
·  Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a housekeeping preferred
·  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
·  Excellent organizational and time management abilities
·  Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and aesthetics
·  Proficient in using housekeeping management systems or software
·  Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively
·  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
·  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Weekend coverage required. 
·  Must hold authorization to work in the USA

Physical Requirements Include:

·  Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
·  Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs.
·  Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
·  Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
