Job Description

·  Oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staffing, scheduling, and task assignments.
·  Ensures guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
·  Conducts regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality control.
·  Manages housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
·  Develops and implements cleaning procedures and schedules.
·  Controls inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
·  Handles guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
·  Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
·  Prepares and manages the housekeeping department budget.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
·  Strong leadership and organizational skills.
·  Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Ability to work effectively under pressure.
·  Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
