Job Description

· 
Assist in daily cleaning, organizing, and maintaining guest rooms and public areas.

· 
Support room preparation according to brand standards, ensuring attention to detail.

· 
Assist in replenishing amenities, linens, and guest supplies as needed.

· 
Learn and apply proper use of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment.

· 
Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house and staff service areas.

· 
Support laundry operations, including sorting, folding, and distribution.

· 
Report maintenance issues or guest requests promptly to supervisors.

· 
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and luxury service standards.

· 
Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to deliver seamless service.

· 
Participate in training sessions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

· 
Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

· 
Strong interest in Rooms Division and guest service

· 
Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team spirit

· 
Good communication and interpersonal skills

· 
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

· 
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
