Job Description

Raffles The Red Sea is seeking a professional and customer-focused Spa Supervisor to join our luxury resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. As the Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our world-class spa facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of skilled spa professionals.

·  Manage and coordinate all aspects of spa operations, including treatments, scheduling, and inventory
·  Lead, train, and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff to deliver outstanding service
·  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene
·  Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase spa revenue
·  Monitor and maintain the quality of spa treatments and services
·  Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for product replenishment
·  Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
·  Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets and forecasts
·  Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative spa treatments and services
·  Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wellness experiences for guests

Qualifications

·  3-5 years of experience in spa operations, with a proven track record in a supervisory role
·  Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
·  Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
·  Proficiency in spa operations management, including scheduling and inventory control
·  In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and current wellness trends
·  Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue management
·  Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the spa industry
·  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
·  Relevant spa or beauty therapy certifications
·  Experience in the luxury hospitality industry is highly desirable
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
·  Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
