We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Marketing & Communications to join our team in Lucknow, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing communications initiatives, and leading a team of marketing professionals.

·  Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
·  Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
·  Oversee social media presence and develop engaging content to increase brand awareness
·  Lead content creation efforts, including copywriting for marketing materials and corporate communications
·  Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
·  Manage and mentor a team of marketing and communications professionals
·  Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing projects

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
·  3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on digital marketing

·  Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management tools
