· Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on digital marketing
· Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
· Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management tools
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
· Experience with content creation and copywriting for various marketing channels
· Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
