Job Description

·  Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
·  Manage guest reservations and ensure proper seating arrangements.
·  Coordinate with the restaurant team to manage table turnovers efficiently.
·  Assist in ensuring a smooth and timely flow of service throughout the restaurant.
·  Provide guests with menus and information about daily specials or events.
·  Handle guest inquiries, accommodate special requests, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and courteously.
·  Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and services, as well as local area attractions, to provide guests with accurate and helpful information.
·  Assist in maintain the hotel's standards for service excellence. 

Qualifications

·  Fluency in Russian and English
·  Previous experience as a hostess preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering outstanding service
·  Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
·  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
