Job Description

 

·  Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Address guest needs, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
·  Manage guest reservations, confirm bookings, and handle special requests. Provide accurate information about the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions.
·  Handle guest complaints and concerns with a positive attitude, finding effective solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
·  Liaise with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, concierge, food and beverage) to coordinate services and address guest requirements.
·  Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's policies, services, and procedures to provide informed assistance and uphold the high standards of the property.
·  Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and special requests in the hotel management system.
