Job Description
· Supports the Guest Experience Manager and ensure Japanese speaking and VIP guests’ experience meets expectations from pre-arrival to departure.
· Prepares for the Japanese speaking arrivals and take care of the special arrangements/requests.
· Facilitates the in-room check-in of Japanese speaking guests and guests with transfer-in.
· Monitors Japanese speaking arrivals, in-house and departures, and offer assistance through the duration of their stay.
Qualifications
· Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.
· Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
· Fluency in Japanese language (reading, writing and speaking). Knowledge of Japanese culture and customs is an asset.
· Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
