คำอธิบายงาน
· Responsible to the Front Office Manager for maintaining the highest possible level of guest recognition and satisfaction through accurate collation of guest history records, VIP recognition and co-ordination, complaints handling and in general provides and maintain the public relations image as set down by hotel management, and in accordance with company policy and procedures.
คุณสมบัติ
At least 3 years in the same position of international 5-star hotel.
Excellent in the presentation skill and being proactive.
High flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Fluent in Thai and English communication skills both
written and verbal.
