Job Description

·  Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
·  Anticipate and address guest needs and preferences.
·  Build rapport with guests and create a personalized experience.
·  Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
·  Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
·  Assist with special requests and arrangements, such as room upgrades or dining reservations.
·  Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
·  Prepare guest correspondence and documentation as needed.
·  Assist with check-in and check-out procedures if required.
·  Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
·  Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
·  Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
·  Contribute to the overall success of the guest relations team.

Qualifications

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
·  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
·  Positive and outgoing personality
·  Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
·  Knowledge of local attractions and activities
·  Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
