Job Description

·  Customer care through phone and email demands.
·  Manage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.
·  Use of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.
·  Follow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel “spoiled”.
·  Revise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.

Qualifications

·  Currently enrolled in a Hospitality education.
·  Strong social and communication skills.
·  Proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail work attitude.
·  Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English languages, French is a plus.
·  You don't have to be a specialist already, but you are eager to learn.
·  Available for at least 6 months, 5 days a week, 40 hours of internship per week.
