Job Description

•Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
•Performs other duties as assigned by Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.
•Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. 
•Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment.
•Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
•Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough clean up of the painting or repair area.
•Perform maintenance activities in hotel public areas like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, plumbing and electrical equipment and cosmetic items. 
•Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
•Communicate with different types of people to comprehend what they want and to provide them with information and assistance.
•To monitor fire Alarm / Life Safety System systems as necessary, to be fully informed of the system operation and to handle emergencies involving the systems.

Qualifications

•1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
•Ability to work under pressure.
•Strong communications skills. Ability to work independently and as a team player.

•Vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies  or similar field.
•Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai.
