Job description

Key tasks

- Lead the hotel opening tasks to meet all Pullman Brand standards and Pullman Guest experience
- Set opening budget and financial commitments for all teams within each departments P&L
- Prepare and initiate all Sales, Distribution and Digital activities to ensure successful business activity as soon as the hotel is ready to open
- Lead Talent & Culture activities including employee recruitment and employee training in line with Pullman brand standard and service
- Ensure strong and successful relationship with all stakeholders, including owning company,  local Authorities and surrounding Community

Essential and optional requirements

- Minimum 3 year experience as General Manager – Up Scale / Luxury Brand in Asia Pacific.
- Required previous experience with hotel opening (Pullman brand is a plus).
- Well rounded experience across all hotel departments with a passion for guest experience and product services.
- Exceptional leadership with strong sensibility to local culture and strong adaptability to local environment.
- Excellent communication skills especially in English (Chinese is a plus)
