Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated General Application for Candidate with Disabilities to join our team. This role is part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, welcoming candidates with disabilities to contribute to the hospitality industry. As a General Application for Candidate with Disabilities , you will oversee administrative processes, support hotel operations, and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and supervise administrative tasks to support hotel operations.
· Ensure efficient communication between departments to enhance workflow.
· Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reports and documentation.
· Manage schedules, meetings, and documentation for various departments.
· Monitor and guide administrative staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
· Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
· Work collaboratively within a team to optimize operations.
· Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all responsibilities.
