· To manage all Front Office operations within the framework of Front Office standards and rules
· Ensuring hotel profitability and guest satisfaction in coordination with other departments
· To be responsible for price controls and execution of reservation processes
· Carrying out Front Office operations by keeping guest satisfaction at the highest level.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
· Respond to guest complaints, requests and questions,
· Good diction and strong communication skills,
· He has strong representation skills,
· Prone to teamwork,
· Experience as a Front Office Supervisor in 5-star hotels,
· Very good command of English
