Job Description
· Demonstrates skills in leadership, organizing, controlling, delegating, prioritizing, training and developing employees within Front office
· Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Front Office.
· Make courtesy contact to VIPS, long stay and corporate guest to obtain feedback; respond to guest inquiries with courteous manner and Sofitel mind-set.
· Liaise with other operation departments to ensure that all guests’ journey well prepared and follow through
Work Experience
· 3 year experience or more in a similar position and no less than 250 keys in luxury 5 star Reputed International brand or International experience would be highly regarded
· Guest service oriented; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Good Business acumen, Strong Managerial Leadership experience and qualities
· Public Relation skill and Fluent English & Vietnamese (verbal and written)
· It's a plus for candidates who are currently based in Vietnam
