Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Team Member , you'll play a key role in delivering friendly, professional service to our guests across various food service points – breakfast, bar, and evening snack offers.

You will:

·  Prepare the dining and service areas, ensuring a welcoming setup
·  Take and process guest orders using the POS system
·  Deliver meals and beverages promptly and professionally
·  Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
·  Maintain cleanliness in the bar, dining room, and public areas
·  Assist with Breakfast Service
·  Engage guests proactively, upselling when appropriate
·  Support the kitchen and reception teams during busy periods
·  Be flexible and available for last-minute shift cover

This casual contract is ideal for individuals living locally , with flexibility to work varied shifts , including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

·  Has a friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude
·  Enjoys working in a guest-facing environment
·  Can remain calm under pressure and multitask
·  Understands the importance of hygiene and food safety
·  Can communicate effectively in English (other languages a plus)
·  Is eligible to work in the UK
·  Lives nearby or can commute easily on short notice

Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is welcome, but not required – full training will be provided.
