Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a hospitality professional who is highly motivated and driven to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

·  Provide efficient, friendly, and professional beverage service whilst familiarising yourself with VIP and regular guests to meet their needs.
·  Implement systems to maintain control of bar service equipment, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate guest billing.
·  Establish and uphold cleaning schedules for the restaurant area, maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
·  Ensure team members are knowledgeable about current menu and promotions, maximising sales opportunities.
·  Oversee mise en place, back-of-house operations, and cellar management to maintain high standards throughout the establishment.

Qualifications

We're looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor who can:

·  Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role
·  Lead and motivate a team effectively
·  Stay current with food trends and create innovative menus
·  Communicate professionally with guests and team members
·  Show drive and enthusiasm for learning and growing within our business
