Job Description

An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Food & Beverage Marketing Manager to join the Sales & Marketing Department/team at Raffles London at the OWO.

 

Reporting into Director of Communications, Your role is pivotal to the successful running of the marketing and communications department for Raffles London.  You will work in lockstep with the marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure the Food and Beverage marketing strategy is delivered successfully. 

The role involves the ability to manage collateral production; create and implement complex delivery schedules for collateral and marcomms activity; strategically map and manage annual marketing calendars; always ensuring hotel and third-party stakeholders are engaged and revenue driving campaigns delivered for all internal stakeholders.

Marketing is to domestic and international audiences.

 

Who are we looking for?

·  A proven track record and ability to provide high levels of service under pressure.
·  Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
·  An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24h operational schedule when required.
·  Educated to Degree level – preferably in a humanities subject.
·  Proven writing ability with strong command of creative and practical writing styles.
·  A strong grasp of campaign planning, production scheduling with many live projects and complex deadlines.
·  Collaborative and confident to work in complex teams with multiple stakeholders.
·  An understanding of SEO and key words so copy / content can be prepared to maximise SEO and consumer engagement.
·  Experience and knowledge of working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and web site management.
·  A proven track record in customer acquisition and loyalty activity to grow direct business.
·  A commitment to keep technical skills and knowledge up to date.
·  Well-read and with a creative eye for aesthetics – both in copy and design.
·  Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team with a positive, creative and collaborate approach.
