Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who takes pride in delivering warm, welcoming service to join our vibrant team as a Food and Beverage Attendant!. Your friendly demeanor, keen attention to detail, and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment will play a crucial role in creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
In this role you will:
· Explain the menu to guests, offer recommendations, and provide excellent food/wine pairings.
· Liaise with the kitchen team throughout the service period to ensure a seamless dining experience.
· Clear and reset tables to a high standard and ensure service areas are clean and tidy.
· Prepare a range of beverages (including cocktails) and espresso coffee to a high standard.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have a current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification, as well as a customer-focused attitude with the aim to provide total customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has:
· Good level of food, wine & general beverage knowledge and an interest to keep learning.
· A high standard of grooming and presentation.
· A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
· Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Mornings, Evenings, Weekends, and public holidays when required.
Working rights in Australia is essential for this position. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this job role.
