Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Supervisor to join our team in Bodrum, Türkiye. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily floor operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind a positive, efficient, and collaborative work environment where both guests and team members thrive.

Qualifications

 

·  Minimum 3 years of experience in a Floor Supervisor role or similar supervisory position, preferably in hospitality, hotel, or high-volume service environments
·  Proven experience leading and managing operational teams in fast-paced, customer-focused settings
·  Demonstrated experience coordinating with multiple departments to ensure efficient service delivery and operational continuity
·  Experience managing staff schedules, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives
·  English proficiency (spoken and written)
