Uraian Pekerjaan

Job Description

·  Identify and develop new business opportunities for weddings, social events, meetings, and corporate functions.
·  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, wedding organizers, event planners, and business partners.
·  Prepare proposals, conduct site inspections, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
·  Coordinate with operational departments to ensure successful event execution and high customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications

·  Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
·  Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Wedding & Events, Hospitality, or Event Management.
·  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and the local language.
·  Results-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
