Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to join our team in Hanoi, Vietnam. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality of our hotel rooms and facilities.

·  Inspect occupied and vacant guest rooms daily to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
·  Supervise and train housekeeping staff, providing on-the-job guidance and maintaining grooming and conduct standards
·  Manage housekeeping equipment, ensuring proper care and maintenance
·  Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly
·  Implement and maintain quality control measures for room cleanliness and guest satisfaction
·  Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, placing orders as needed
·  Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
·  Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations
·  Prepare and maintain accurate reports on room status, maintenance issues, and staff performance
·  Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency and guest experience

Qualifications

 

·  2-3 years of experience in hotel operations at a supervisory level
·  Strong leadership and team management skills
·  Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
·  Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
·  Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera or similar software)
·  Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
