Job Description
Join our distinguished property as a Finance Officer and take charge of managing accounts payable while playing a key role in our financial operations. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire payment process—receiving, processing, and verifying invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments.
With your sharp attention to detail, you’ll reconcile payments, execute End of Month procedures, and maintain organized records. You’ll also generate valuable reports and update our Accounts Payable system to keep everything running smoothly. Qualifications
· Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field, or relevant experience in Accounting.
· Previous hotel experience is a plus, enhancing your understanding of the industry.
· Proficient in financial and accounting procedures, policies, and systems, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
· Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precision in all financial transactions.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to deliver outstanding service and build positive relationships.
