We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Finance Co-ordinator to join our team in Randburg, South Africa. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the overall financial health of our organization.

·  Coordinate and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
·  Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
·  Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
·  Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
·  Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies
·  Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights
·  Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
·  Assist in the preparation of audit materials and liaise with external auditors
·  Support the development and implementation of financial strategies and initiatives
·  Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and ensure compliance

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
·  3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
·  Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
·  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
·  Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
·  Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
·  Exceptional organizational and time management skills
·  Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
·  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
·  Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred
·  Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
·  Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
