Job Description
JO&JOE is opening its new hostel in Budapest! And is looking for its next F&B Manager. ️
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE , by being part of the opening team! The F&B Manager oversees everything, from customer reception in the restaurant to service quality, staff assignments to the smooth execution of dishes .

Recipe 1 : Contribute to developing the F&B strategy and embody the JO&JOE spirit.
Recipe 2 : Supervise and train the heads of restaurant and kitchen services.
Recipe 3 : Create schedules for the F&B team members. ️
Recipe 4 : Implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for service heads and staff (order receipt, order taking, customer service, cleaning, etc.) and ensure compliance.
Recipe 5 : Ensure adherence to procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
Recipe 6 : Oversee the organization and quality of services offered to customers, both in terms of dining and service.
Recipe 7 : Supervise orders and supply management.
Recipe 8 : Contribute to achieving targets for revenue, expenses, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Because you’ve got it in you:
· Exceptional attention to detail in leadership.
· A palate dedicated to serving both the customer and the team.
· A proven talent for recruiting and managing a team of several people.
· A flair for numbers.
· Strict adherence to hygiene, waste management, and safety rules.
YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE:
· Level of study: License / Master / MBA.
· Field of study: Restauration; Management.
· Professional experience: 3 to 5 years minimum.
· Language required: a good level of English + fluent in Hungarian️.
