Job Description

·  Provide professional food and beverage service at the Pool Bar and poolside area
·  Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and delivering attentive service
·  Maintain pool safety awareness, reporting any hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately
·  Ensure hygiene standards and cleanliness are consistently maintained in the bar and pool area
·  Upsell beverages, snacks, and promotions to enhance guest experiences and revenue
·  Support in inventory control, stock rotation, and proper handling of bar equipment and supplies
·  Work closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in F&B service or bar operations is an advantage
·  Strong customer service and communication skills
·  Ability to speak Thai is required; basic English communication is an advantage
·  Knowledge of poolside safety procedures preferred
·  Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
·  Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
