Job Description
Be the first point of contact for our guests. With your passion for high end hospitality and superb eye for detail, you will demonstrate a luxury attitude in all your interactions. You will take initiative to seek out memorable ways to engage with guests, and harness your creativity to deliver emotion and heart felt service in every interaction.
Through your excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will ensure our guests experiences begin in a refined and personal way.
You will accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations, ensuring a timely response to all enquiries while maintaining a skillful and knowledgeable selling approach of the Hotel services.
Qualifications
You will harness your luxury attitude , with humble excellence , a distinguished presence , and elevated emotional intelligence . Your pride and passion will be complemented by:
· Previous Reservations or Front Office experience in a Five star luxury environment;
· Knowledge of Opera or other booking system;
· Passion for high end hospitality with an absolute eye for detail;
· Excellent listening and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build warm relationships;
· Flexibility to meet hotel rostering needs with weekend and public holiday work.
Please note that you will need to hold New Zealand working rights to be considered for this position.
