Job Description
· Assist in developing and implementing PR campaigns that align with the hotel’s luxury positioning and brand values.
· Coordinate day-to-day communication activities to support brand awareness and media engagement.
· Monitor hospitality, travel, and lifestyle trends to identify opportunities for storytelling.
· Support the Director of Marketing in building and maintaining relationships with lifestyle, travel, and luxury media and influencers.
· Assist with pitching stories, securing coverage, and responding to media inquiries.
· Help coordinate press trips, media events, and influencer visits.
· Draft press releases, media alerts, hotel announcements, and social media content under guidance.
· Contribute to content for newsletters, speeches, and guest-facing communications.
· Ensure all materials are consistent with brand tone, style, and positioning.
· Assist in planning and executing media activations, hotel events, and luxury collaborations.
· Support F&B, wellness, and lifestyle promotions by helping craft and share key messages.
· Coordinate logistics for media and influencer visits to ensure a seamless experience.
· Assist in monitoring media coverage and reporting on brand sentiment.
· Support crisis communication activities by preparing statements and updates as directed.
· Support internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, announcements, and colleague engagement campaigns.
· Track media coverage, campaign results, and influencer engagement.
· Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly PR performance reports.
· Maintain media lists, press kits, and digital assets.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
· 2–4 years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations, preferably in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
· Familiarity with lifestyle, travel, and hospitality media and influencer networks.
