Job Description

·  Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
·  Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed.
·  Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring high standards of service.
·  Assist with setting up the Bittersweet/ Lobby Lounge, including table arrangements and preparation for service.
·  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Lobby Lounge at all times.
·  Monitor guest needs and proactively attend to requests to ensure a positive experience.
·  Assist in handling guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
·  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality is an advantage.
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
·  A friendly, positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
·  Must be fluent in Thai; English language skills are a plus.
·  Team player with a keen attention to detail.
