Job Description

·  Act as a role model by consistently demonstrating the brand mindset and professional behavior, inspiring the team through exemplary conduct.
·  Lead, train, and mentor housekeeping staff, ensuring continuous skills development and support for career advancement.
·  Manage all housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house cleanliness.
·  Align management practices with the brand’s culture, including communication style, operational standards, and recruitment approach.
·  Monitor departmental performance, ensuring compliance with service quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Qualifications

·  Diploma or degree in hospitality or Management studies
·  Minimum 3 years experience in Executive Housekeeper at inernational 4-5 star hotel
·  Competent user of desktop applicantions and hotel applications
·  Languages: fluent in Vietnamese, business English and a 3rd language would be a plus
