The Role
As our Events Manager , you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and delivering exceptional MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and high-end social events from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up
· Lead the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, private events, and social functions
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, F&B, Rooms Division, and external partners
· Ensure every event reflects the highest standards of luxury, creativity, and attention to detail
· Drive client satisfaction and repeat business through relationship management and service excellence
· Contribute to revenue growth through upselling opportunities and strategic planning
Qualifications

You are an ambitious, polished, and proactive professional with a natural flair for luxury service and exceptional organisational skills
You will bring
· Experience in planning and executing MICE and/or high-end social events, preferably in a luxury setting
· Impeccable presentation and communication skills
· Confidence dealing with high-profile and international clients
· A strong sense of initiative, ownership, and creative problem-solving
· A client-focused mindset with unwavering attention to detail
· The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
· Experience working for a global hospitality brand is a strong advantage
