คำอธิบายงาน
· Responsible in achieving the Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goal of the hotel.
· Develops strong rapport and builds business relationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews.
· Assists the Director of Catering in the development of Sales & Catering / Marketing plan and in budget preparation.
· Manages and administers the Catering and Banquet sales department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks are completed according to standard and in time.
· Coordinates with departments concerned to ensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meet customer expectations.
คุณสมบัติ
At least 3 years of hotel Event planning experience preferred
Hospitality business designed preferred.
Excellent in the presentation skill and being proactive.
Able to work in high pressure environment.
Creative and passionate about events and customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
