Job Description

·  Coordinate and manage all aspects of meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events in collaboration with Sales, F&B, Culinary, and Operations teams.
·  Serve as the key point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution stages.
·  Conduct detailed site inspections, pre-event meetings, and post-event evaluations.
·  Ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and seamless handover to all departments.
·  Anticipate potential issues and resolve them professionally and calmly.
·  Continuously improve service standards, operational processes, and guest satisfaction.
·  Embrace flexibility in adapting to guest needs, last-minute changes, or high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

·  Proven experience in event planning or catering operations in a hotel or resort environment (minimum 3 years).
·  Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
·  Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
·  Ability to turn challenges into opportunities and maintain grace under pressure.
·  Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
