Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Engineering Administrator to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering department, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across various projects.

·  Coordinate and manage engineering project schedules, timelines, and resources
·  Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations
·  Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress
·  Organise and schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
·  Manage and update engineering databases and filing systems
·  Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor project expenses
·  Coordinate travel arrangements for engineering staff when necessary
·  Support the procurement process for engineering equipment and supplies
·  Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
·  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Experience with project management software
·  Strong organisational and time-keeping skills
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
·  Familiarity with engineering processes and terminology
·  Understanding of technical documentation and drawings
·  Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable
·  Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is advantageous
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·  Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
