Job Description
We are looking for a Part Time Public Areas Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning assigned public spaces and designated Heart of House areas, using your initiative to ensure all areas meet brand standards and exceed guest expectations. You will help keep the resort’s public areas clean, inviting, and well-presented — creating a welcoming, safe, and relaxing environment for every guest.
You’ll work in a supportive team environment, with the opportunity to take pride in a role that directly contributes to the overall guest experience and the smooth operation of a vibrant resort.
· Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas including lobby, corridors, guest facilities, and outdoor spaces
· Ensure all resort areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for guests at all times
· Replenish supplies in public restrooms and shared spaces as needed
· Respond promptly to spills or cleaning requests to maintain a safe environment
· Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain consistent standards across the resort
Qualifications
· Positive attitude and genuine commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
· Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high presentation standards
· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy environment
· Physical capability to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
· Flexibility and availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
· Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not essential
