Job Description

Reservations AgentYou are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience they can expect upon arrival.

What you will be doing:

·  Manage reservations via phone, email, and online channels
·  Communicate with guests prior to arrival
·  Collaborate with the Front Office and other hotel departments
·  Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service
·  Ensure the best options for guests while maximizing revenue through up-selling
·  Recommend hotel facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
·  Handle room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and maintain accurate system data

Qualifications

·  Excellent command of English  (additional languages a plus)
·  Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
·  Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
·  Knowledge of Mews system is an advantage
