We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to support the day-to-day running of the hotel. In this role, you'll work closely with the Operations Manager and Heads of Department to ensure our guests enjoy seamless stays and our teams thrive.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across the Food & Beverage and Front Office departments, maintaining the highest standards of service.
·
Lead, motivate, and develop team members to consistently exceed guest expectations.
·
Support with recruitment, training, and performance management.
·
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
·
Act as Duty Manager when required, handling guest queries and feedback promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
·
Previous hotel management or supervisory experience in a 4 or 5-star property.
·
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
·
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
·
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
·
Knowledge of hotel systems (Opera, Zambion, Microsoft Office) is an advantage.
