This is an exciting position within Ennismore’s growing portfolio of all-inclusive brands and will play a key role in launching two new brands with refreshed brand identities to the market in 2026.

Job Description

·  Proven experience in leisure sales within the luxury hospitality segment (5-star, ultra-luxury, or premium lifestyle brands).
·  Established network within luxury consortia such as Virtuoso, American Express FHR, Signature, and Traveller Made.
·  Strong commercial acumen with advanced negotiation and relationship management skills.
·  Deep understanding of luxury distribution channels and high-end traveler expectations.
·  Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
·  Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong advantage.

Qualifications

·  Deep expertise in luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations within 5-star and ultra-luxury environments.
·  Strong command of global distribution and consortia channels, including GDS, CRS, and luxury networks (e.g., Virtuoso, Amex FHR).
·  Advanced knowledge of revenue management and pricing strategies, including forecasting, segmentation, and ADR optimization.
·  Comprehensive understanding of luxury leisure sales cycles, including FIT, wholesale, and tailor-made segments.
·  Solid financial and analytical acumen, including budgeting, ROI evaluation, and performance tracking.
