As Cabana Attendant, you will help create a serene and welcoming poolside and wellness experience for guests. Supporting the Spa and Pool teams, you will ensure cabanas and relaxation areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. With a warm and attentive approach, you will help guests feel relaxed, cared for, and fully immersed in their wellness experience.

What you will be doing:
· Prepare and maintain cabanas and poolside areas to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and presentation
· Provide attentive service by assisting guests with towels, amenities, and general requests
· Ensure cabanas are properly stocked with towels, water, and amenities throughout the day
· Monitor pool deck areas to maintain cleanliness and organization
· Communicate guest needs and maintenance concerns to the appropriate teams
· Assist with cabana setup and breakdown at the beginning and end of the day
· Promote hotel amenities and provide information about pool services and offerings
· Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
· Previous experience in hospitality, guest service is an asset
· Friendly, professional, and guest-focused personality
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions
· Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays during the summer season
