What you will be doing:

·  Maintain availability and dedication to The Fairmont Stream Spa at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, being available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
·  Provide necessary information to compile complete guest records.
·  Perform 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 minute massages and body treatments  while accommodating guest’s needs and creating individualized experiences
·  Drive and dedication towards the common goal of Forbes 5 star rating
·  Maintain a clean, hygienic and neat work environment at all times; ensure all equipment is in safe working order
·  Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
·  Provide a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests throughout their spa journey
·  Promote spa services and retail products when appropriate to enhance the guest experience
·  Maintain accurate guest treatment records and notes
·  Follow all spa policies, procedures, and brand standards
·  Work collaboratively with spa colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service
·  Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment is an asset
·  Strong knowledge of body treatments and wellness practices
·  Excellent guest service and communication skills
·  Ability to work in a calm, professional, and guest-focused environment
·  Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
