· An Entertainment Director orchestrates engaging events and performances, managing all aspects from concept development to execution. Responsibilities include talent booking, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
· Develop and oversee entertainment programs and events that align with the company's brand and target audience
· Hire, train, and manage a team of performers and staff
Negotiate contracts with performers and vendors to ensure cost-effective entertainment options
· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote entertainment offerings and increase revenue
· Manage budgets and expenses related to entertainment programs and events
· Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and safety standards related to entertainment
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for new and innovative entertainment ideas
· Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with performers, staff, or guests during events
· Strong leadership skills
· Experience in event planning and organization
· Knowledge of the entertainment industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Creativity and innovation in developing ideas and concepts
· Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
