Job Description
Systems & Data Responsibilities:
· Handles the statistical reports and records, including monthly and bi-annual reporting. i.e annual HR data metrics report, monthly data collection for Global Hotels and Corporate Offices
· Assist with the annual INES billing process for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts & Raffles.
· Generates commercial offers to deploy talent systems to new hotels
· Leads deployment of System upgrades, educational sessions, training resources, and user communication
· Prepares field for system upgrades and changes to ensure organizational readiness
· Educates field on system functionality for maximization of system use
· Leads subject matter expert community to ensure expertise in the field
· Manages key talent reports that inform overall talent programs and processes
· Participate in global system calls to understand and support the field
· Manages system support inbox and troubleshoots system issues with ticket management through Freshdesk
· Liaise with Accor Systems Product owners and troubleshooting support
· Managing key integrations including system design and configuration
· Supports Talent Program systems in the discipline of Talent management (inclusive of goal setting, talent review and performance review), Talent Acquisition (inclusive of Smart Recruiters and Talent Assessments), and Learning and Development management systems
· Act as the technical point of contact for future system implementation and roll-out
· Assist with Orientation and facilitating employee learning sessions for HRIS/Payroll systems
·
· Entering New Hires into INES, and Loading Mandatory trainings in INES
· send HireRight backcheck/I-9 invitations and troubleshooting for hotel accounts
Qualifications
· Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality or related discipline preferred
· Minimum of one year experience in hospitality industry an asset
· Highly responsible and able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
· Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume
· environment
· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
· Presentation skills
· Attention to detail is a must
· Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required
· Previous experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce, Success Factors, Oracle, Smart Recruiters) is an asset
