Qualifications
Thrive in the Heart of The William Inglis Hotel - MGallery with
· Completed or currently enrolled in a course related to Events Management, Travel and Tourism, or Hotel Management, with an understanding of event planning systems and hotel operations.
· Previous experience in hospitality, ideally within hotels or events settings, providing familiarity with the demands of a high-paced environment.
· Enjoys working with people, with a customer-first approach and a friendly, professional demeanor.
· Quick-thinking and proactive in resolving issues, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests.
· Possesses a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
