Job Description
· Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Asian dishes, including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring
· Support senior chefs in cooking Asian specialties
· Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
· Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly
· Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
· Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
· Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
· Participate in kitchen cleaning and sanitation tasks
· Learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and recipes
· Contribute to a positive and teamwork-oriented kitchen environment
