Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven Partnerships Manager to lead the development of corporate partnerships in Indonesia, expanding our market presence and driving new member acquisition through high impact collaborations.
· Develop and execute a partnership strategy in line with business objectives, KPIs, and growth targets.
· Identify and engage potential partners to build strong relationships and expand our network.
· Create compelling partnership proposals, including financial modelling and business cases.
· Lead negotiations and finalise partnership agreements that deliver mutual value.
· Oversee partner onboarding and coordinate joint go to market initiatives.
· Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure partnerships support wider business goals.
· Maintain and grow partner relationships to drive long-term performance and impact.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in corporate partnerships sales or business development
· Proactive and self-motivated, confident in initiating and prospecting leads to develop new corporate partnership opportunities
· Demonstrated success in negotiating commercial agreements and delivering measurable growth results
· Experience creating business cases, proposals, and financial modelling for partnership opportunities
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
· Strong command of written and spoken English
· Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
