PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS

Are you passionate about taking guests on a journey through food? Do you have a culinary mind? If so, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We have a fantastic opportunity in our kitchen brigade for a passionate Commis or Demi Chef, wishing to expand their culinary horizons. You will bring your passion for food and skills to surprise and delight our guests throughout the dinning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Deliver a wonderful culinary experience to all guests
·  Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards
·  Be familiar with the other kitchen sections, promoting flexibility and productivity.

Qualifications

REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, ideally you also have:

·  A passion for delivering a wonderful culinary experience to our guests
·  Previous experience in a similar role or currently studing culinary
·  Must hold a NZ Food Safety certificate or the ability to obtain one
·  Flexibility of availability.
