Take your sales career to the next level with Accor CP Hotels Auckland. We are looking for a driven Cluster Business Development Manager – Groups & Events to grow business and leisure group revenue across some of Auckland’s top hotels, including Sofitel Viaduct Harbour, Pullman Auckland, Movenpick, and more.

What you will do

·  Win new business across meetings & events, incentives, tour series, sports, and ad-hoc groups
·  Drive proactive sales activity through database calling, sales calls, and cold calling
·  Contribute to delivering and exceeding accommodation and catering revenue targets
·  Build strong relationships with PCOs, inbound agents, and event bookers
·  Represent our hotels at industry events and hotel famils
·  Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless client experiences

Qualifications

What you bring

·  3+ years of hotel sales experience in groups/events or business development
·  Knowledge of the Auckland events and leisure market
·  Proven ability to grow accounts and close deals
·  Confident communicator with excellent phone manner and resilience in proactive calling
·  Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and hotel systems (Delphi, Opera, CRM)
·  Energetic, motivated, positive and results-driven mindset
