Job Description

·  Having a strong understanding of the customer experience strategy to build and optimize digital products for improving customer path based on analytics and trends.
·  Having usual command of Accor Digital & E-Commerce system and using the gathered information to build ideas and influence offers and solution evolution.
·  Creating, developing & supporting digital levers participating in re-inventing hospitality experience.
·  Promoting digital & e-commerce understanding and application in the business scope through decision making, training, mentoring and delivering key presentations.
·  Having the ability to interpret the data and build relevant action plan to increase the revenue/usage.

Qualifications

·  2-year experience (minimum) in marketing in hospitality industry.
·  Excellent capability in English language (spoken and written), and other international language will be an advantage.
